Fantastic as always. Great food, phenomenal soups and superb service. We are very fortunate to have a gem like Old Germany in our community.
This place was awful! Besides feeling like we were eating in a dungeon, the pork chops and beef sausage was way overcooked, the red cabbage tasted like it came straight from a can AND was cloyingly sweet, and our salad had a quarter cup of water in the bottom. I'm so glad we had a Groupon for this place. It's way overrated and way overpriced for the quality! Royal Bavaria in Norman is much better! (Oh, the beer was good!)
Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere. I felt like I was transported to Bravaria. The staff was dressed in traditional German. I highly recommend this place.

My standards for German restaurants are pretty high, as we've lived all across the country and seek them out wherever we go. Old Germany did not disappoint. We chose to sit in the 'wine cellar' area, which created a nice atmosphere (other than Tron playing on the television which was a little out of place). The waiter was attentive, the portions were generous, and the beer was cold. My in-laws loved it, and my father-in-law (who is German) said the Goulash soup was very authentic. The rest of us had the Schnitzel (excellent). Overall, very pleased.
