Very lackadaisical and unprofessional employees. When I first arrived I unknowingly parked in a reserved police parking spot, there was a very sloppy dressed person with messy hair outside smoking a cigarette right in front of the entrance who very rudely informed me I could not park there and I would get a citation and needed to move. I replied and said oh I will just be here for a second, I am only paying a ticket. I literally thought she was just released from jail (based on her appearance and attitude) and waiting on her ride to pick her up. She consistently insisted that I move my vehicle, so I did. Turns out she actually works there. I go inside to pay my ticket, IN CASH, and they refused to accept my payment because it was $1 bills. When I asked why she would not accept my payment all she would reply with was "I am telling you to go to the bank, and exchange these $1's." that is all she kept saying over and over and over, as if she did not have the time to count it out. Some people have coin jars and save coins, I have a $1 jar and save $1 bills.
